Brandemia — Visual Identity and Digital Assets

When working as a graphic designer at Comuniza, a branding agency based in Barcelona with activity across Spain and Latin America, I had the opportunity to participate in the evolution of Brandemia — the most influential Spanish-language blog about branding, recently integrated into the agency’s structure.

The challenge was to combine Brandemia’s editorial nature with the daily workflow of client projects. Managing time and organizing tasks became essential. We optimized processes using Figma, Miro, and other collaborative tools that enabled high efficiency in short production cycles.

From editorial content to an online school

After its acquisition, Comuniza set out to transform Brandemia from an editorial platform into an online school. The project involved developing the graphic system for the courses, managing their visual presence across the e-commerce platform, and creating banners and ad campaigns on social media to attract leads and promote engagement.

The transition from blog to educational platform required aligning visual consistency with the agency’s creative standards while maintaining Brandemia’s editorial personality.

Visual Direction — Function and expression

Beyond commercial and digital pieces, we created materials that reflected Brandemia’s creative spirit: a sticker pack, A2 posters, and vinyl pieces for the classroom where in-person courses took place.

This project offered a unique perspective on balancing client-branding projects with an internal initiative, combining creativity and structured project management within the same environment.

Content creation and visual storytelling

In parallel with the digital and branding work, we developed photo sessions for the classes and in-person events, giving a more human and authentic tone to the communication materials. The goal was to capture the creative atmosphere of the courses and the sense of community among students and instructors.

This extension of the project reinforced Brandemia’s positioning not only as a reference in branding knowledge, but also as a living community of professionals, students, and creative thinkers connected by design.
